HISP — Privacy Policy

This app is the official self-service application for subscribers of Hachn Internet Service Provider (HISP). It lets subscribers sign in to their existing account, view their balance, tariff, traffic and payment history, and top up their balance. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

1. Information we process

• Login credentials — your subscriber username and password. They are sent over HTTPS to the HISP billing system to authenticate you. If you stay signed in, they are stored only on your device in the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are never transmitted anywhere except to the HISP billing server for sign-in.
• Account data — your balance, contract number, tariff plan, IP/MAC address, traffic sessions and payment history are retrieved from the HISP billing system to display them to you.
• Payment — balance top-ups are processed by ARCA (Armenian national card processor). Card details are entered on ARCA's own secure page; the app never sees, collects or stores your card data.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide you access to your own HISP account and to let you pay for your internet service. We do not use your data for advertising, and the app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. Sharing

Your data is exchanged only with (a) HISP, your service provider, whose system holds your account, and (b) ARCA, the payment processor, when you make a payment. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

4. Storage & security

All network traffic uses HTTPS. The app does not run its own servers; it is a client to HISP's existing billing system. The only data stored on your device is your session and, if you enable "remember me", your credentials in the OS secure enclave. Signing out deletes them from the device.

5. Your choices

You can sign out at any time (this clears stored credentials from the device). For questions about your account data held by HISP, contact support below.

6. Children

The app is intended for HISP subscribers and is not directed to children under 13.

1. Ի՞նչ տվյալներ ենք մշակում

• Մուտքի տվյալներ — ձեր բաժանորդային անունն ու գաղտնաբառը։ Ուղարկվում են HTTPS-ով HISP-ի բիլինգ համակարգին՝ ձեզ նույնականացնելու համար։ «Հիշել» ընտրելու դեպքում պահվում են միայն ձեր սարքում՝ օպերացիոն համակարգի ապահով պահոցում (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)։
• Հաշվի տվյալներ — բալանս, պայմանագիր, սակագին, IP/MAC, տրաֆիկ, վճարումների պատմություն՝ ստացվում են HISP-ի համակարգից՝ ձեզ ցուցադրելու համար։
• Վճարում — լիցքավորումները մշակում է ARCA-ն։ Քարտի տվյալները մուտքագրվում են ARCA-ի ապահով էջում; հավելվածը երբեք չի տեսնում կամ պահում ձեր քարտի տվյալները։

2. Ինչպես ենք օգտագործում

Բացառապես ձեր HISP հաշվին մուտք ապահովելու և ինտերնետ ծառայության վճարման համար։ Չենք օգտագործում գովազդի համար, և հավելվածը չունի երրորդ կողմի analytics կամ գովազդային SDK։

3. Փոխանցում

Ձեր տվյալները փոխանակվում են միայն (ա) HISP-ի հետ և (բ) վճարման պահին՝ ARCA-ի հետ։ Չենք վաճառում կամ կիսում այլ մեկի հետ։

4. Պահպանում և անվտանգություն

Ամբողջ թրաֆիկը HTTPS է։ Հավելվածը սեփական սերվեր չունի; այն HISP-ի առկա համակարգի client է։ Սարքում պահվում է միայն session-ը և, «հիշել»-ի դեպքում, ձեր տվյալները՝ ապահով պահոցում։ Դուրս գալը դրանք ջնջում է։
